Fee Structure for Phyllis Davis
Coaching, Speaking, Training and ABEETA Certification
Corporate Coaching:
- US$500 per hour, weekly one-hour appointments on the phone or over Zoom with a minimum of 90-day commitment. Personal coaching with Phyllis Davis aims to groom and guide clients in the corporate environment regarding communication, relationship building, and leadership.
Speaker Fee (Travel expenses are not covered in the speaker’s fee and are posted below.)
- National Conference: $15,000 per keynote, including participation on an event panel for no extra fee.
- International Conference: $15,000 to $25,000, depending on the material and travel, including participation on an event panel for no extra fee.

Corporate Online Training Fee: Groups ranging from 5 up to 25 people:
- Ethics Pledge Training is a complex online training course. This comprehensive training instructs a group or team to create their own personal Ethics Pledge, and another Ethics Pledge focuses on their commitment to their group or team. These pledges hold them accountable for behaviors they choose that will uphold their value to their group or team. At the end of the second training day, they will create and sign their Ethics Pledges, which the company will keep on file.
This course consists of two two-hour online training sessions on two consecutive days, each with a team of 6 to 12 participants. The total cost is $25,000.
- Communication Skills Training creates a culture of psychological safety within a company by reducing stress in the workplace. It promotes empathy and understanding and encourages open communication. A company that practices effective communication has higher productivity, lower turnover, and absenteeism.
This training is conducted over three two-hour online courses, each with up to 25 participants. The sessions are held the same week, typically Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The total cost is $12,000.
- Dining Manners are a lynchpin to climbing the corporate ladder to a leadership position. This training teaches all the skills for being a guest in a fine restaurant for a business meal. This is not about social dining. Instead, it teaches the rules for intentional behaviors that show people who you are so they can determine if they want to do business with you and your company.
This course is held over two two-hour training courses with one 10-minute break, taught on two consecutive days, and is for up to 25 participants. The total cost is $12,000.
- Overcoming Distractions in the Workplace raises awareness of habits and behaviors that reduce productivity in the workplace. This course offers practical solutions for increasing focus and retention, which can improve employees’ effectiveness and quality of work.
This course is held over one two-hour training course with one 10-minute break for up to 25 participants. The total cost is $7,500.
- Learning Corporate Hierarchy grooms future leaders in a company. It is ideal for those on track for a promotion into leadership, recent graduates, and global hires. Participants will learn the traits and behaviors necessary to build their confidence. They will also learn what’s required of them to make an impression on their senior managers, co-workers, and customers. This course leaves no stone unturned. It has a profound impact on participants, which creates company loyalty.
This course is held over two two-hour training sessions with up to 25 participants. It is taught on two consecutive days. The total cost is $7,500.
Managers, Hybrid Managers and Team Members
- Each of the following topics requires two separate two-hour online training sessions, with up to 25 participants scheduled within the same week. The total cost for each module, one through eight (below), is $8,000 per module.
Better yet, send your managers and their teams to an off-site weekend retreat from Friday night to Sunday midday, and I will cover the entire list of eight areas vital to a successful and productive workplace. An empowered team is worth a King’s ransom. The total cost is $35,000 plus travel expenses.

Travel Expenses to Conferences:
Airfare: Business class round-trip tickets from the speaker’s home to the event location.
Mileage: personal vehicle mileage is reimbursed at US$0.50 per mile.
Accommodation: Up to two hotel nights, typically at the conference or a hotel near the event or company.
Meals: A fixed daily meal allowance, from $70 to $100, depending on the meals at the event, food arrangements, and the size of the city.
Miscellaneous Expenses: Additional fixed allowances may cover local transportation, tips, and other minor expenses varying from US$60 to US$200 based on the number of presentation days.
American Business Ethics and Etiquette Trainers Association (ABEETA)
As a certified Ethics and Etiquette Expert, you will be permitted to use all of ABEETA’s training syllabuses, content, and curriculums to practice as a business coach, a corporate trainer, a keynote speaker for groups and conferences, a news resource for online media or broadcast television and radio, or as a podcast guest.
