I just bought your book from Amazon. I want you to know, only picking a small comment, that I am Southern, a businesswoman, my husband’s business with a degree in medical technology. You would think I would know how to shake hands. I am humbled and embarrassed to say no one ever gave me any etiquette rules about shaking hands. I was appalled at how little I did know because I catch on easily. Honey I am Scarlett OHara of my neighborhood…these things I did not know and I have traveled the world. Small things, basic etiquette yes. I can not wait to get back to your book. Oh,the nuances that are involved in a simple handshake. Explained so well by you. This is a much needed resource in the business world today. I read excerpts of this book and found it to be interesting and informative. I have not had time to finish it, but look forward to finding time to study and reflect on the content.

Ms. Davis creates an outline of personal interaction in the business world. She shows that there are rules to this culture that everyone needs to understand for success. It is broken into easy to read lessons that can be read and put down to pick up later. Not a mind numbing effort like so many business books that you start but never finish. These lessons can be useful for people at every level of employment both public and private. If you want to succeed upwardly in your world this is I great manual to read and refer back to for years to come.
