The author of three books about Ethics and Etiquette in American Business, Phyllis has trained thousands of professionals nationwide and certified trainers across the country and around the world. Her mother was a WASP pilot who flew for her country in World War II; Phyllis learned early that courtesy is not weakness. It is strength with good posture.
